Even more brutal is that my teeth are not aligned properly because my jaw was hit by a rock when I was younger.

I was born with a gap in my front teeth, got braces to align them and close the gap, but since I didn’t wear my retainer the gap returned. Fuck it, having straight teeth didn’t do me any favors anyways

I think my teeth might be salvageable, I'm still super insecure about them cause they are yellow but the shape and placement of them is normal. I think I have like 4 cavities but I can't really afford to deal with them

I brush very inconsistently due to a lack of motivation but with enough whitening strips and consistent brushing I might be able to at least make them white like they used to be when I was young. Hopefully that would also stop the cavities from getting worse

But I just can't find that motivation no matter what, I fucking hate myself and even though I don't want my teeth to decline and become a bigger hassle, I just feel like nothing will ever change and I will probably rope before they become too big of an issue. So what even is the point? I don't have a girlfriend, friends or family to see my disgusting teeth and other people already hate me cause of my face

If a foid has gapped teeth a lot of guys find it endearing. I saw this with one of those slavic girl groups that show their plastic tits and asses (serebro)
then again even with hollywood teeth, my lower 3rd is so subhuman it doesnt matter. I recently got a new phone. I recorded myself from afar to see how other people see me. I cried. I haven't missed a day of brushing my teeth in over a decade, consume probably 30 grams of sugar a day tops (I avoid soda completely) and haven't had a cavity in over 13 years, but they are still yellower than what they should be. Not super yellow, but with how I brush and use mouthwash they should be white. Goes for a lot of people in my family as well.
