Raised by a single dad who didn't care and overfed me leading to me being obese all my childhood and carrying these poor habits and lifestyle into my later years. 260 LB at 13.
Living on an isolated farm so I stayed inside playing videos games all day likely leading to stunted physical growth from deficiencies like vitamin D and poor sleep patterns
Start balding at 18
Get ghosted by all highschool friends as soon as you graduate
Don't go to college/uni because your dad is a worthless gambling addict
Get stuck working a shitty dead end customer sales job that doesn't pay good
Starting losing weight at 25
At 26 go from 310 LB to 200 LB, still having 20 LB to lose, only to look in the mirror and realize being so obese has left me with a ton of disgusting looking loose skin
Look online at reddit post of people asking if people find loose skin attractive to see almost every reply be "No"
Look online at reddit post of people asking if people find bald guys attractive, are almost every reply be "No"
Loose skin surgery cost 20-40k and leaves you with large scars
Hair transplants cost 5k, you are on medication the rest of your life, and you need to have enough donor hairs in the first place to make it viable
Realize any self improvement I do is pointless and I literally look so repulsive I am undateable
