Some subliminals actually do provide some benefits, as cringe as that might sound. Obviously those overly exaggerated beauty and aesthetic ones are pure cancer that have little to no benefits. There are realistic ones too with reasonable results, but you have to be consistent.
Unfortunetly, some portion of the sub makers use demonic, witchcraft and other occult spells in their work, not to mention that some are quite deceiving bringing harm rather than good results.
Energy charged (aka spell induced subs)might be effective but i advice staying away from this shit for real.
I read on Cuckdit some foid made a sub for height growth that actully provided results to the listeners, but in order to work she made a deal with the Devil or something.
