Abraham Lincoln had Marfan’s Syndrome and was only 6’4” (a very normalish height for a man with tall disease). He had like 5 offspring, and like 4 of them passed away in childhood. His one son that survived was only like 5’10” as an adult. It’s very possible his other sons would have been tall like Abe, but they passed away.

Back in the day, there were serious drawbacks to being tall, and it might have cost you your life. Not anymore. In modern day, Abraham Lincoln probably would have been like 6’7” with proper nutrition, and his sons would have survived. They’d probably all be like 6’2” to 6’10” as adults.

Hey, that's something we don't want to hear about.

My super tall 6’6” cousin never had a growth spurt. He just continued to very slowly grow like an inch a year all the way till like sophomore year of college. There was a time where my family was genuinely concerned he’d never stop growing. And then he did, at like 20 or 21.

He also has pectus evactum, which is a common side effect of growth disorders.
