In the right circumstances disregarding looks we can all ascend in some way, it's possible even if we all see little to no hope or all the hope in the world. You can go 10 years without sex even though you want it, that wouldn't make you a fakecel. If they were able to have sex the whole time and larping as an incel then yes that's a fakecel.
