In the days I took apigenin I needed a lot less sleep the following night. Probably because it activates D2 receptors. Apigenin also makes me a bit more social, at least it did in the beginning when I started to take it. Also because it decreases prolactin it can increase your libido. But yes from my experience it doesn't retain effectiveness if you take it all the time.
