It started with just cracking the knuckles of the hand like any boy starts at some point. However it's really become a lot more. Around 16 I was watching a lot of these chiropractic compilations, which if you know anything about that side of youtube (it's surprisingly extensive as a quasi-asmr niche), a lot of them are these chiro guys cracking foids in form-fitting body suits or leggings
But the sex appeal was not it for me—I was genuinely enthralled with watching the process of the adjustments, and the sound of the joints cracking was bizarrely calming to me.
So I began to learn how to mimic their procedures on myself. My most refined skill has become using very targeted and intentional hand pressure to crack my neck / upper spine in insanely satisfying ways. It's not about grabbing and snapping your neck at random (that's dangerous), it's about applying force in the right place at the right angle. For cracking the back / lower spine, there's not as much of a science to that, you basically just untwist after hours of sitting at your chair or upon waking up in the morning. You can also press on one half of your back while rotating the other way, which is something I learned from the videos.
Beyond these fairly standard things, I have recently expanded into more obscure areas. I found out that I can crack my kneecap joints with a strange kind of simultaneous outward flex while also flexing down against the ground. I'm not sure if this is healthy though because I have become able to do it all the time, whereas in the beginning, it was only possible rarely. Finally, I found that by leaning downwards against my hip, trapping the joint, it can crunch deeper than anything I have ever felt (but this only works on one side).
I know this all sounds extremely weird, but becoming a sort of auto-chiropractor has been really rewarding. The things that I do are 95% of the time completely safe, although I still get the occasional pinched nerve from a crack gone slightly wrong. When I get a really deep popping sensation from a successful adjustment, it creates a feeling of calm and clarity that nothing else can provide
And on some subconscious level, it probably also tricks my mind into believing that the touch starvation of inceldom is being alleviated.
