Sunlight makes me anxious

It was dark just a moment ago at 430am and I was feeling comfortable and cozy.

Now it's 6am at the crack of dawn and I'm starting to get anxious

It's over for me for feeling this way

I think it has to do more with you staying up till dawn rather than the sunlight itself being the issue. Fix your sleep boyo

Room window is high up on the wall my LDAR/sleeping area is next to so even if the natural light comes through it's depressing, especially because I can hear the bubbly neighbor walking past it while I'm rotting away. I get sun when I wash the dishes and when I'm rarely outside, that's about it. I think this isolated arrangement is beginning to take a toll on me. I mean that's why after being isolated for decades I suddenly got to deal with psychosis. It feels like I'm trapped because I find it hard to step out.

The DEMON: MELANIN, and thus CORTISOL, rises with the sun (does not apply if you're lucky enough to have beige or white skin when untanned, or if you're already a darker brown or black skinned person, then you already have nothing to lose, as this specific circumstance is a goldilock's hell for quadrooncels like yours truly).

I'm barely a shade away from being human, right on the precipice, even if I'm not truly there, but the sun wants to take what little I have away from me.

My biggest fear reguarding deportations are violent criminals, the language barrier, and the fucking sunlight, I hate sunlight. The Chinese are wise to avoid that blasted star. Whites worship that crap naively when it creates the race that they hate the most (or at least second to jews). Christians were right to stamp out sun worship. I'd SHIT, SPIT, AND PISS on the sun, if I were to have a chance at doing so.
