Can someone tell me how to stop watching pornography? I don't visit porn sites; I watch it on Twitter, but I want to stop. Pornography is a satanic thing meant to enslave man in lust. If I don't stop, I'm going to cut off my internet access. Lately, I haven't been going out to take care of my health, and I'm gaining weight againit's hell, cursed genetics. The sun doesn't help either; it's too hot. I have nowhere else to turn.I have no one to help meno friends, no family, nothing. It’s really hard; I’m thinking about giving up on everything. I’m just barely surviving. My house smells terrible, and I don’t have the strength to get out of bed.

I use eero app to block all porn sites when i feel i'm being too addicted to it (Watching daily). Usually after a week or two, i deactivate, have some fun, and then block all again.
