Can someone tell me how to stop watching pornography? I don't visit porn sites; I watch it on Twitter, but I want to stop. Pornography is a satanic thing meant to enslave man in lust. If I don't stop, I'm going to cut off my internet access. Lately, I haven't been going out to take care of my health, and I'm gaining weight againit's hell, cursed genetics. The sun doesn't help either; it's too hot. I have nowhere else to turn.I have no one to help meno friends, no family, nothing. It’s really hard; I’m thinking about giving up on everything. I’m just barely surviving. My house smells terrible, and I don’t have the strength to get out of bed.

I use eero app to block all porn sites when i feel i'm being too addicted to it (Watching daily). Usually after a week or two, i deactivate, have some fun, and then block all again.

Matthew 5:28 - "But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart"

And a good analogy of this I like:
Matthew 18:9 - "If your right eye causes you to sin, tear it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one of your members than that your whole body be thrown into hell."

It goes to show the true value of living righteously with God, and if we are not living "christ-like" then we are to do whatever it takes to turn back to him.

Well then suppose you uninstall twitter? But then again there will be triggers, I know for myself if I did that then I would just end up watching it on google. So think about what would actually prevent you from watching it, when it comes to your mind to differ away.

Maybe try to use your imagination. I always use it and because I can imagine stuff weirder than in porn porn isn't that great for me (still I watch it, and I have not tried to quit porn for at least 15 years or more). So I think at least if you are a kinkster you can do that. Otherwise, you can also imagine personality attributes which you cannot "see" and which can give you a cozy feel. For example you can imagine a soft woman who gets a fuzzy feeling when she can make a disadvantaged guy feel good, which is why she is - in your imagination - in a relationship with you or at least provides sex. This cannot be replicated in porn in the same way I think as you cannot concentrate on mirroring the feelings/motivations for actions
