It's full of talentless roastie hiring managers that will ask meme questions and assess your social skills. People who do actual work there will asses your actual skills. Apply for smaller companies that have no HR departament and where you get interviewed by engineers/scientists directly. They will see your autism but will not mind as long as your skills compensate, because most of them are autistic as well.

Might seem like a meme advice but I was looking for internships, applied for a few jobs, always rejected by HR staff on the phone interview due to autism. Applied for a small company with no HR departament, face to face interview with actual engineers. Showed them the work I done, and they asked questions actually related to the job, and got an offer. HR is a meme, do don't deal with them.

I agree with you though, but not everyone can work in small serious structure. You were kinda lucky I might say.
 
Until the company you work for gets large enough that they hire a HR department that destroys the whole culture of the company.:feelsrope:
 
I've never had to be interviewed by a foid, only someone from the engineering department, and you can guess whether the HR was a female or not.

no matter how small the company, there'll be some girl who fucks it up.

on the other hand, the more girls the better. they dont have a fucking clue about tech stuff so you can sit and post on incels forums and do freelance work and do like 1hr actual work a day like i do.
 
I agree. Apply to bigger companies only if someone there knows you(and I'm not talking about average employee but someone higher in hierarchy).
In smaller companies you can talk face to face with people who actually work, and not some HR department

This is 100% truth. HR is the enemy to incels. Maybe work at big companies for a few years to get it on your resume, but after you get that experience, get the fuck out of there. Only non NTs who succeed in that en environment are ones who were there back when the company was small.

This, pretty much. Whenever I got a foid interviewer I knew I had no chance of getting the job because of my looks. I'm employed because I was lucky enough to get interviewed by a man who cared more about my actual skills than my Asperger's or appearance.

Foids judge men they interview for jobs as if they're evaluating a potential sexual partner.
