For me the scariest experience I had with the paranormal was while watching a creepy video about ghosts on YouTube. Whilst I was watching the video, a footstool was shoved at me from across the room. There was no one else in there. I assume that the video somehow attracted a spirit. There was a lot of other strange occurrences at my childhood home that my family reported. Things still occasionally occur there today.
