same, i seriously think social media literally fucked everything up. it's a huge part of why there are incels nowadays. i mean like LITERALLY EVERYTHING WAS BETTER pre-social media, even i remember as a little ass kid. things were just so much better.

I never used facebook. Just instagram, and that was to statusmmax. Its basically a meme account as well.
Here are the reasons why I think social media fucked everything up
1) Allowed SJW leftists extra platform to spread their message, especially towards younger crowd.
2) Promoted virtue signalling. This gave leftists an edge. You can't argue against feminism online or you will ruin your life because "sexism." Also race, lgbt, etc got way too much and over the top. I remembered being gay as a boy was horrible a few years ago, now being against trans could cost you your job. It is "progessing" very fast.
3) The first two was aided by leftist hollywood
4) Allowed hypergamy to flourish, thanks to more feminism and more access to hundreds of thirsty males all across your city.
5) Made people more insecure due to moggings. People need to compensate and are more grumpy.
6) More news, causing parents to helicopter parent more strongly. Paranoia because they hear of 'crimes' and what is the 'proper' way to raise your kid
7) People are inside more often. Gotta have some kind of effect.
8) Kind of goes along with the first two but promotes conformity and shallowness. Also can't stray away too far from 'normal.'
