If you're a Diffuse thinner you're a better candidate for getting SMP until you've thinned further, this will give the appearance of more fullness..
I'd look into that tbh.

Not at ALL sure why they'd refuse you for being a diffuse thinner unless you're also thinning in the donor area (back of the head)

You're up there as probably one of the top looksmaxers here tbh, i've spent nearly £20k on looksmax, but overall i haven't done as much as you and likely haven't spent as much either.
