B. Why can the FBI track down literally everyone who was in the capitol building but are totally lost with this guy?

D. At worst it would have shuffled some mulch around, its not like the movies where this tiny amount of explosive is going to take an entire brick wall out. There was zero chance it posed any real structural damage to the building. So why go through the trouble of staging a legitimate terrorist attack for zero results other than optics to make Maga supporters look bad?
