Hi guys,

right now I am studying information systems and I only have 5 subjects to go untill I am done with my degree.

I would love to work a remote job i.e from home. So I want to ask all the cels who have experience what areas I could focus on to achieve my incel dream of working remotely.

I was seeing stuff like callcenter, Business Intelligence and that is all I know as of now because I am dumb, just jokes.

Guys I know Java, C#, python, sql, sql-server, javascript.

If I start self teaching myself some specific skill set at least I can apply for jobs that eventually end up as remote jobs. So guys tell me which jobs these are and what skill sets I need for example excel and javascript or sql and microsoft word for doing reports etc etc etc

I got hired right in to a work-from-home job, and all I utilize are SQL, Typescript within an Angular framework, and C#. I'm working as a software developer.

You just need to look for the jobs that offer work-at-home hours, but I don't know. I lucked out, I guess, because I was working with a government staffing agency for the mentally disabled (I have assburgers), and the vocational counselor I was working with happened to know someone with a startup software firm with 100% remote work jobs available.

I personally hate it, but that's water under the bridge. :feelsjuice:

The thing is that knowing how to write code means absolutely nothing. From the experience I gained programming at Uni it really boils down to the product you are working on because you must have knoweledge of the frameworks, libraries , design patterns ,especiaslly the libraries and interfaces you are using.

Example: Knowing how to use C# and visualstudio for websites is useless if all the jobs are for UX desingers. That is why I was wondering which specific tasks/products are typical for work from home jobs.

Thanks for the reply bro and you got it good in my opninion working from home with this covid nonsence.

I see. Well, do bear in mind I barely graduated with my degree, I'm not good at software engineering, I've only worked in the field a total of 4 years out of the 10 since graduation, and I hate working in software engineering, too. Probably should have put that disclaimer first, now I think of it. Oh well. :feelsjuice:

Do 2-3 high quality projects with shit in demand. Have some cloud bullshit mixed in(aws/gcp/heroki/azure). Have a database (mongo DB/posgfeslql)
Have a good in demand stack(react/angular/java sprtingboot/flask/Django), ideally do visuals heavy shit as employers can judge u with ease witb visuals rather than reading all the shit code on git or downloading an app takes too long for em.

Choose shit that is growing in demand too rather than boomer shit(cobol, php arguably).

When u have 2-3 high quality projects.host em online. Have a good resume description, pay a technical writer $50-100 for it. A solid resume is key. Then use LinkedIn easy apply maybe even use the easy apply script to save time applying
Apply to remote jobs exclusively, if u have the solid resume. Should take u 3-6 months,600-1200 applications. With an interview at least every 100 apps

create ssometing that will fuck the chads and foids phones.

because it's readable like humans unlike all the other autistic languages

that said, you need to know additional languages / libraries in addition to python, it aint enuf on its own
have u tried Ruby. I have heard it also good

idk ruby, what is it used for?
used for server back end stuff. With Ruby on rails framework. Syntax is kinda like Python. The language is more art style and less autistic than most. It's kinda similar to Python in that sense.

Lol what is it with ethnics and computer programming?

Yeah at least I know C#, Java. Those languages can be used to manipulate databases and python for AI?
