Not talking to anyone IRL is destroying all my social skills, i cant even do a little bit of small talk with anyone, while walking i got stopped by an old foid asking me "What time is it?" I wasnt even able to answer, so i just answered "i dont know" while having my phone in my hands, its so over, how am i supposed to practice social skills if no one want to talk to me ?

I freeze a lot and just cant function when people talk to me. It is being ND for me.

But you can be NT and also have subpar social skills.
I would rather try talking with other outcasts and incels as jumping to quick chat with NT normies can be too much and end up getting you embarassed

Chatting with an Ai is better then talking to npcs . Now if they get consistent voice output in any given language even better .
