Serious showering everyday was actually making me uglier

I’ve haven’t washed my face in five days and my acne is literally rapidly disappearing

I used to shower twice a day every day, but now I only do it if I take a shit because it’s honestly disgusting to walk around unwashed after taking a shit. That’s actually one of the reasons why I would hate having to live in a car or being homeless. I like taking a shit and then instantly getting in the shower afterwards

But anyway enough of that gross stuff, I haven’t washed my face in almost a week and my acne is vanishing, so “take a shower bro” was actually making me uglier lol

yeah the brutal part about acne is it could be caused by 100 different reasons but I still got a lot on my neck

I used to have to shampoo my hair every 2-3 days because it would get greasy within 48hr, sometimes less, eventually I got sick of it and stopped shampooing it all together. It's been probably 6 months since I last shampood my hair, now all I need to do is massage my scalp with water once a week and my hair stays perfectly soft

If I remember correctly shampoos contain many chemicals which actually make acne worse.
When u wash it off it goes all over ur face.
I also have worse acne on my forehead.

Was a good month or so of it being disgusting. After that the natural oils in my scalp worked themselves out I guess. With that said, you've still gotta wash your hair, just don't use anything other than water and massage it deep into your scalp all over

Everything you put on your skin gets absorbed. Most shampoos and soaps are pretty bad for you. I still use them every day but if I ever fully stop caring I'm gonna try only using water. Or make my own soap or something.
