I don't think growth hormones affect you as an adult, they are meant to be taken at the stage where you are growing you have most likely pass that point already. Don't waste your money unless some new wonder drug comes out that increases your height. Also, how tall are you?

If you're past your early twenties, there's really no hope anymore. Epiphyseal plates that affect your height have finished their growth by then.

I would not take GH after the epiphyseal plates have closed. Only bodybuilders are into such stuff in combination with insulin.
