So you know how that one punch man fella does a 100 push ups and a 100 sit ups everyday?

Yeah I was thinking about doing that, because what else is there to do? Become skinny fat and Look like Michael from GTA5 šŸ˜‚

I mean am getting to that point already at 23, despite constantly walking and sprinting around 50 feet, I still got slight love handles.

But when you live like this it’s hard to stay committed to anything, I don’t even consider myself human anymore I just see myself as a confused animal at this point

Do pull-ups, dips and more calisthenic exercises in general if you want to see a real change

If you're going to workout, don't waste your time goofing around and doing useless exercises that get you nowhere.
Exercising is hard, and getting in shape takes time so the last thing you want to do is waste time doing meme shit.

Regular pushups are a meme if you weigh less than 200 lbs, or can't do more than 5 at a time. Diamond, decline and one handed pushups are better, but you will eventually need more weight/resistance. Dips (and weighted dips) are much better. Bench press is the best, but you obviously need a good bench, Olympic bar and weights.
Situps are one of the most useless exercises. Do hanging leg raises instead (you need a pull-up bar), plank, even lying leg raises are better than sit-ups.

You can build a decent home gym for less than $1000. All you need is dip bars, a pull-up bar, 80+ lbs adjustable dumbbells, weight/dip belt and a couple of weight plates for weighted dips and pull-ups.

I Think it depends on your goal, if you want to prioritize being lean over muscular, then that workout is only good for running. 100 push ups is gonna be hard if you never worked out until its gonna be so easy it's only gonna be time consuming and extra cardio. What i recommend is you do steps instead of running like 10k or 20k steps a day , to get lean, stay in a caloric deficit while hitting your protein , chosing foods with a high protein:calorie ratio ignoring the taste, you go to the gym and progressively increase the work load ,instead of always doing 100 pushups and abs which is nothing. That said, if feeling like you are doing the 1pm workout will make you feel motivated to actually do it, then you should.

Change your life, quickly. I was in prime shape up until 35.

After that it started getting tougher, but not by much.

Better than doing nothing.

Make sure to do some back exercise.

Sit ups can put unnecessary pressure on spine , it would be better to replace sit ups with better core exercises such as planks and/or leg raises

I would say that the thermal paper receipts from my job fucked me up, But I remember watching a video about how to loose love handles when I was 19 before I even began working

Maybe staying up super late is fucking me up? I’ve always stayed up super late doing stupid shit infront of a screen

But I think everything is poisoning our bodies and destroying our biological systems. The way I see humans are inferior if we can’t withstand theses simple chemicals.

I assume most guys are dealing with this shit because of all the BPA.

You should do starting strength NLP not just some random stupid bs that neither makes you strong or big
