I think this idea of blacks kicking out foreigners and controlling businesses is a commie pipe dream. What matters is that said foreigners create jobs for the locals, pay taxes and build infrastructure
Ofc the problem is instead of this they tend to just take advantage of rampant corruption and only hire foreigners for the good jobs while the locals remain an underclass and black graduates end up unemployed.
