Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick has been indicted for allegedly taking $5 million in FEMA disaster-relief funds through her family’s healthcare company and then funneling some of it into her 2021 congressional campaign.
She alleged overcharged the state $5.8 million for work done during the pandemic.
