Ever since the end of World War II, with the essential immediate advent of the Cold War, the United States intelligence community's number one priority, which was tasked to the newly formed CIA, was finding a method for protecting nuclear secrets from defection and espionage attempts. The name of the associated project was MKUltra, which already has some information regarding it known, but which I have recently discovered a huge amount of information regarding.
Most of the records regarding MKUltra were destroyed years prior to the congressional investigation of the program, and it was a highly classified CIA operation, so the exact details are hard to come by, but I believe the most interesting discovery likely came sometime around 1967, and that it was probably a contribution from Dr. Densen-Gerber. Most likely, this contribution was either the autism-psychosis spectrum, or otherwise was the first correct characterization of the middle character of it, which is a neurotypical.
The key to comprehending this discovery is realizing that neurotypicals have two brain networks that are anti-correlated and with minimal connectivity between them. This is in contrast to more autistic or schizophrenic people, who, although they also oftentimes have two brain networks that have some degree of anti-correlation, consistently make use of one or the other (respectively), with minimal ability to toggle into the other network. This is equivalent to the distinction between religious dogmatists, irreligious dogmatists, and so-called "healthy people." If you like, you can ignore this and just realize that whereas the large majority of people have two distinct brain networks that they easily switch back and forth between based on environmental stimuli, autistic people and schizophrenic people consistently make use of one or the other of them and have difficulty or impossibility of toggling to the other (this is a simplified understanding, things are not really binary but rather analog as measured by BOLD signal, which means the degree of Blood Oxygenation in a part of the brain, as measured by the emergent Level Dependent signal).

Essentially, security by isolation means that you have a policy enforcement mechanism that grants access to resources to actors. The most obvious example is the isolation this web forum package provides by having a policy that restricts you from reading my private messages without knowing my password. So, isolation has all kinds of manifestations, but that is a really obvious example of the concept. In medicine, you can say that a quarantine is a type of security by isolation: You keep the contagion isolated to prevent it from coming into contact with others and thereby spreading.
What the CIA did in this case is implemented isolation using the neurotypical brain --- rather than a PHP application or medical quarantine room. There is another concept from security known as a trapdoor which is also pertinent to this discussion.

Essentially, the enemy would need to successfully treat schizophrenia using the modern generation of just now being released NMDAR PAMs, or to down-regulate the dACC after coaxing the TPN to activate regarding a matter not related to the trigger. I mean, the problem of gaining access to the information encoded in the TPN would be equivalent to successfully treating schizophrenia or ending someone's belief in their religion, both of which are only recently solved problems in the public science literature.
The concise story is essentially that the CIA probably around 1967 successfully created a New Religious Movement program that functioned as a "skinnable engine." It didn't need to have any particular theme to it, but rather it was a process that could make use of numerous genres. Sort of how many games are made with the same engine. The first thing they did with it was modify it to allow separating the trigger (for example, cattle are religious triggers for devout Hindus, Muhammad a trigger for devout Muslims, and Jesus is a trigger for devout Christians) that caused BOLD signal to increase in the DMN (and therefore decrease in the TPN, as they are anti-correlated) from the genre of material itself. Most religions will only trigger people to switch into their DMNs when topics directly associated with the genre are relevant. Evolution causes many religious people to deactivate their TPNs and to activate their DMNs because of it being directly pertinent to the Bible in that it seems contrary to a literal interpretation of Genesis for example. The TPN is the brain network that thinks about things like evolution, whereas the DMN is the brain network that thinks about things like Creationism. The reason why the CIA created this New Religion Engine is because they wanted to be able to isolate classified information in the neurotypical brain network that thinks about things like Evolution, and to put a separate pseudoscientific system that was superficially related in their brain network that thinks about things like Creationism, and then to make the religious trigger that causes BOLD signal to switch from the TPN to the DMN to be the act of defecting, or the act of being compromised by the enemy, or approached by the enemy in espionage attempt, or even being decommissioned from the military perhaps (neurologically encoded debriefing).
That way, even if a neurotypical wanted to assist the enemy after being captured, or even if they defected with the intent of assisting the enemy, they would inadvertently teach the enemy about the New Religious Movement the CIA constructed. They would also have a lack of insight into this taking place, because the DMN lacks cognitive insight, which is to say it is cognitively anosognosic, which means that it supports incoherently blabbering pseudoscientific nonsense without having insight into the fact that you are doing so, even though your TPN, if you could manage to activate it, would quickly recognize this as so. Thought error correction happens in the TPN; the DMN doesn't have insight into the thought it has but only can get this insight from piping outputs to the TPN, but this ability to pipe outputs from the DMN to the TPN is deactivated regarding matters such as religious beliefs.
The first version of their New Religious Engine can be called MKUltra. The second New Religion that skinned the MKUltra template was a new anti-drug religion that was kicked off with an anti-LSD moral panic in the late 1960s and lasted into the early 1970s. The reason why they made this new anti-drug religion was to discourage use of those drugs that would be the most likely to cause neurotypicals to gain insight into the neurological underpinnings of their counter HUMINT classified information isolation system implemented in human neurons. Scientology was almost certainly heavily influenced by the MKUltra template, and the associated drug religion Narconon is almost certainly another adaptation of this core New Religion Engine the CIA invented. I'm not sure if the CIA intended for Scientology to use an adaptation of their New Religion Engine MKUltra in this manner, but they certainly supported its use for the new Drug Religions derived from Synanon, as you can see them funding it and being involved with it. I'm not sure if they supported the Sex Cult, but I assume they probably did. I'm not sure what benefit they thought would be had from the Sex Cult, but it is clear they were concerned of this neurological underpinning being discovered as the reason for why they made the new Drug Religion, as the drugs they most tried to spread disinformation and fear regarding are those that are most likely to give neurotypicals insight into this dual brain network essence that characterizes them.
You can still see artifacts of this program in the USA in the form of the Climate Change Denial Movement, which is almost certainly either a relic of the original MKUltra religion, which was designed for the trigger to be "socialism advantage over capitalism" and for the themed fiction materials to be --- most likely --- something approximating the Drug War propaganda pamphlets, but in relation to physics and military secrets.

Could making child pornography legal lead to lower rates of child sex abuse? It could well do, according to a new study by Milton Diamond, from the University of Hawaii, and colleagues.
Results from the Czech Republic showed, as seen everywhere else studied (Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Germany, Finland, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Sweden, USA), that rape and other sex crimes have not increased following the legalization and wide availability of pornography. A new study of Bulgarian men has replicated a previous 2013 experiment on British men. In both studies, the same photographs of adolescent girls (Tanner stages 3-4) were shown to one group of men labelled as age 14-15, and a different set of men labelled as age 16-17. Subjects reported more sexual attraction when the photographs were labelled as 16-17. The researchers conclude:
[T]he consistent finding that the same photographs of younger females, but with different age labels, were assigned significantly different levels of attractiveness suggests that cognitive factors beyond biologically driven sexual attraction were involved in making these ratings. In all the three samples, apparently younger girls were rated as less attractive than older girls despite being the same photographs. We hypothesize that this difference reflects some self-censoring mechanism involved in making such judgments. This may involve a form of comparison between participants’ own sexual attraction to the individual girl and the likely social norms surrounding this judgment.

We suggest that this structural feature of the brain underlies the long noted anecdotal tension between materialistic and spiritual worldviews. This linkage is supported by three observations. You can cause someone who is otherwise religious to deny believing in god. It's because the neurotypical brain believes in god in the DMN, not in the TPN. The TPN believes in evolution, whereas the DMN believes in creationism. Whether a neurotypical presents as believing in evolution or creationism depends on whether he is with preponderant BOLD signal in his DMN or his TPN. If you deactivate the toggling hub while he is in his TPN, he will believe in evolution, even though had you not done this he would believe in creationism because of toggling into his DMN in response to the religious trigger.
Upon being in his DMN, the neurotypical will even vehemently defend the veracity of creationism, and will imagine evolution to be nonsense. The DMN can't really think about real complex topics very well, but it can about simplified pseudo-topics like intelligent design as expressed as a stereotyped collection of utterances to recite and the like.
So, the reason why these Sex Cultists behave in the way they do, which is equivalent to how the Drug Jihadists do, which is equivalent to how the Climate Deniers do, is because they believe in a New Religious Movement that was fabricated by Dr. Densen-Gerber.

A 1979 profile in New York magazine quoted Mayor Edward I. Koch as saying that she was ''one of those seminal forces, original, a go-getter.'' He said there were ''few people who can claim as many accomplishments.''
Dr. Densen-Gerber's success at getting government help became her downfall when the state investigated her use of public funds in the early 1980's and found irregularities. She resigned as executive director of Odyssey House in 1983, but remained active in affiliated programs.
Her influence extended to areas like child pornography. In 1977, her testimony that there were 264 monthly publications devoted to the subject helped persuade the House of Representatives to unanimously pass a bill to regulate it.
IPT, the publication of the Institute for Psychological Therapy, reported in 1992 that later government investigations proved her estimates to be exaggerated by ''several orders of magnitude.''
Dr. Densen-Gerber also commented on many other hot issues from a psychiatric point of view.
In 1991, she went to Omaha to testify in court that her interview with a man convinced her he had witnessed four satanic ritual killings. She characterized herself as an expert at deprogramming survivors of satanic cults.

Ramirez set up the synanon-based Phoenix House which hired former Synanite Ted Dibble to manage one of its centers. Phoenix House is one of the biggest TCs today. Psychiatrist Dr. Judianne Densen-Gerber visited Dr. Ramirez in Puerto Rico and setup her own synanon-based TC in New York City called Odyssey House. Many entrepreneurs, previously excluded from the lucrative drug rehabilitation trade because of lack of a medical degree, have opened their own second, third, and fourth generation synanon-type therapeutic communities.
Naturally the technique employed in Odyssey's treatment is spelled out in exquisite bits. In essence it is a medical doctor's extension of the original Synanon method. Synanon eschewed 'the use of any medical doctors and just had their boarders kick "cold turkey" spurred on by the jeers and encouragements of ex-addicts who had gone through the same gauntlet. Odyssey is more sophisticated and noticeably better organized and run. It insists on complete and exacting urine checks on all members to make certain no drugs are being used. It has exacting in-take procedures and highly structured promotion levels and rewards. It has penetrating and demanding deep "probe" sessions that do emulate the early marathon Synanon ways, but here Utilize psychiatric methodology as opposed to street wisdom.

ARC is also known for its involvement with the MK-ULTRA program (the CIA’s infamous mind-control drug experiments) during which the ARC director received CIA money for LSD research.
