Discussion Sex drive is a punishment

I understand that now I am probably writing obvious things that everyone knows, but I want to state them. What is the point of sex drive? I know that for us humans to reproduce as a species is part of the survival of any creature on earth. But the problem is that people have been living for a long time and not in the Stone Age, but our brain has remained at the Stone Age level and you can't fucking explain to the brain that "stop it, I can't, women don't want me, I'm not attractive and not rich and not tall", to which the brain will metaphorically answer you "Ooga booga I want sexxx" and continue to crush you with sex drive. I really want someone to come up with a mass pill for sexual desire, then we would all become more free of the shackles of instincts that control our minds and we would not suffer from loneliness and lack of emotional connection. Sex drive is a punishment, not a gift, and we must at any cost support projects that will kill these unwanted animal desires.

I do agree with you. There are certain supplements like monks pepper that can kill your libido temporarily. I'm not saying its a long lasting and a permanent solution but it can work.

I'll add a few more words, you know, after publishing this post I realized that I unironicly sympathize with Dr. Wallace Breen and his speech about instincts, I know that maybe sounds funny or strange but I think he's right

True, reproduction won't kill you unless you jerk off and fuck, but it will put psychological pressure on you and torture your mind until you go crazy

I ate a lot of fast food, took antidepressants, but they didn’t help at all and it seems to me that they even increased my sex drive

Depends on the antidepressant. Pure SSRIs tend to lower libido whereas SNRIs can increase it through increased norepinephrine levels

sex drive for us is just an pure form of torture, a foid will never want want because i m short and ugly, but i still have sex drive and i want it, it s just torture for me!
