How to lose a lot of weight fast?
I have doing burning 900+ calories from exercises, and trying to 24-hour fast (omad) for some time; I am freaking gaining weight after a small increase in what I eat for extra proteins.

I eyeball what I eat, and I don't pass 3000 calories being around 2000-2500+. I am on MK 677 for things like possible heightmaxxing (could be cope), I think I am just getting more muscular or gaining more frame from exercise, which I would trade all away for height

Does anyone have got advices?

I am open to things; I just won't do things like many days of fasting or alternative day fasting as long I have MK 677.

Don't eyeball calories in food, count.
Don't put your basal metabolic rate at 3000 because you exercise. Your baseline BMR should be on sedentary and then add how many calories you spent through exercise for that day on top of the BMR baseline.

If you are positive that everything is right and you are on a deficit, then it's just water holding out until it gets released all at once which you will notice on a scale by losing few kilos after plateau.

I try to eat what I want; I will try to looksmax so I will be treated better and possibly ascend too.
I don't do things like fasting for females; I legit saw I get treated when I am leanmaxxing brings me basically close to from 3 to near 5, so I think I got some potential to at least try until I am at my leanest frame.

I try to, but it still should be way under 3000 calories which should be calorie maintenance for me.

I count from food serving size calories or through google. It is probably water weight; Mk 677 is known to increase water retention.
