We do but it functions very poorly. Waste is not contained properly and frequently overflows the bins. Also, people are so disgusting that they dump their waste onto the streets because putting it in the container bins would be too menial for them; these people are absolutely disgusting! I personally always dump our garbage in the designated bins because I just hate it rotting on the streets right in front of our house.
They should have higher salaries
The problem is salary yes, but more importantly, its the total lack of sense of hygiene that permeates throughout every strata of curry society. People are just comfortable with filth and squalor, and moreover, the non-janitorial classes consider themselves too good to do cleaning work.
