Anyone Russian able to confirm? To my understanding it's basically just a slang for posters in the russian version of 4cuck's /b/ but from what I've seen they're more than related to incels than whatever /b/ on 4cuck is right now.
Also the Subreddit logo of IT is literally that, though they probably just tried to symbolize it as us being ugly as usual.
