Theory Rumors of Russia invading Moldova soon

Similar to war rumors that were circulating possible ukraine invasion around last year december-this year january, this time the rumors are about Moldova being invaded. The alleged plan is to attack through the infamous Transnistria region which has also declared itself independent nation, but isn't recognised internationally and Russia has some amount of strategic control over

It's funny to see war rumors brew up around the exact same time, with exact same preconditions with breakaway regions where Russia has significant saying over.
My personal stance is that I hope the war happens, not because I am a redpilled genZer that wants to go to war to reclaim masculinity or something but because as an incel theres very few forms of joy. You couldn't possibly imagine how hard I had to hide my smile when in February/March I heard that buildings were bombed and women crying about how russian soldiers shot their family. Not because I specifically hated ukrainians, I enjoyed watching russian death toll numbers roll just as much. Nothing personal I simply enjoy seeing normies suffer

Definitely Russia intends to takeover Moldova, it was part of the Soviet Union as well.

If Russia had pushed west from Kherson province and through Mykolaiv province and then taken Odessa province, then they would be linked up with Transnistria. The Ukrainians heavily defended Mykolaiv though, and then ended up pushing the Russians out of NW Kherson province and back across the Dnieper River.

There was talk of sending the Romanian army in to help defend Mykolaiv and Odessa provinces, as Romania doesn't want Russia back on its border.
