LDAR Rule of "no inciting" is against players of strategy games

For those who play games where to control one unit, and so ability to identify with him, is easier - dont wait for things to happen, go out, and make them happen. But for player of strategies is more difficult, it is not he who must do action, but his units

RTS is so incredibly dead because of chimpanzee communities that can't admit the game has mechanics that are there as a substitude for the game being complex or cause balance to be at a 0/10.
