Serious Routine to build strength quick?

Gymcel bros help me out I'm tired of feeling weak in my upper body and 100 push ups a day + minor calisthenics isn't helping to alleviate my numbness and feeling of weakness and downtroddeness I feel in my upper body is there anything else I can do to have big arms quick? I just wanna feel strong and athletic. I wanna feel lean and agilic as well but nothing I do works.
