It's RELATIVELY cheap (compared to other shit), higher success rate and usually good results and it's not super invasive like some other surgeries.
Plus it helps with those of us with big ass noses compared to head.

I need to earn some more money first, genioplasty isnt cheap (not as expensive as other surgeries but still expensive)
