How much above average height would I have to be to be equal to a guy with an average frame and height

People who said 4"+, by the same logic a top10% frame can be more than 10 cm below average and still be above average height and frame?

Your torso-leg ratio is brutal. I also have a short torso compared to my legs but damn, you're torsoless. Anyways, your growth plates will close later than most people since you have klinefelters so you should blast a heightmaxx stack. Look for help in .org, I'm not that wise regarding this topic. But you should have open spine plates.

Your frame is very small though so It will have much more of an effect then the usual framecel

The shape and aesthetic of it is significantly worse than the size

I can mask it decently well in the right clothes because for my height my bidelt (16.0") is definitely bad but not turbo tier
