I cant lie bro, I had watched some stuff that probably nobody has ever heard bout, that you wouldnt even find on tiktok.. its just those animes were so poorly and simple written that i just dont remember, yk when u just in bed at 2am watching random shit u never heard of
Yeah there are things I've seen which I would not mention. Difficult to give you recommendations that are niche, complete and "10/10". Most of the series that I would consider 10/10 are generally seen as classics. Not the type of shows everyone in Gen Z or Gen Alpha has watched, but classics nonetheless.

Yea youre right, maybe I should have made the title ''recommend good niche animes that are finished''

No anime for ur face

I will give you a list of some finished quality shows, both old and new. They won't be obscure at all but they will be a little more niche in appeal perhaps. At least in comparison to what the average knuckle-dragging TikTok user likes. Not to say that everything they like is bad though. The list will not be in any particular order. Here we go:

1. Cowboy Bebop. Don't forget to watch the Cowboy Bebop movie as well.

2. Samurai Champloo.

3. Space Dandy.

4. Ergo Proxy.

5. Zankyou no Terror/Terror in Resonance.

6. Mononoke. If you decide to watch this show, don't forget that its first 3 episodes are contained in the series "Ayakashi: Japanese Classic Horror". There is also a new trilogy of Mononoke movies, but they are more of a reimagining of Mononoke rather than a continuation.

7. Ping Pong the Animation.

8. Monster.

9. Odd Taxi.

10. Dororo.

11. Pluto.

12. Gintama. Good for those who like Japanese culture and extremely low-brow humour.

Like I said, not the most obscure lol. I will give you one additional series which is technically not complete but is still a satisfying watch:

13. Kaiji: Ultimate Survivor and Kaiji: Against All Rules. Kaiji is a glorious story but the anime series is not a complete adaptation of the manga series, which is not finished either. The anime adaptation ends at a satisfying place though, it very much works as an ending.

But then again, probably not your taste. I generally don't watch shows where waifus have a large role.

Wow did this dude already get banned

Yeah Monster takes a while to get going. Can take some people 12-16 episodes to get into that one. Monster is all about the journey rather than the answer, not to say that it doesn't have an answer. Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo and Space Dandy all share the same director Shinichiro Watanabe. Cowboy Bebop is the most well known and my favourite out of those three. Might be too old school for some people though.

Amon apocalypse: devilman
Bakuman
X (1999)
Texhnolyze

I can guarantee you 99/100 people that try out GTO will hate it for its old animation/quality or because its just purely comedy, im not too into comedy animes although Beelzebub was pretty funny
I saw normfags hate on it cus the dude wants to fuck his students JFL

Gonna suggest Big O just because I haven't heard anyone talk about it in awhile. Was pretty sick.

im not the biggest fan of reading mangas, atleast not online.. but if its really that good ima check it out
I mean, going by your tastes you may end up liking it. I grew acustomed to mangas as it's just that convenient over watching bad/shortened adaptations and waiting.

gachiakuta 10/10

solo leveling

Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom
1000745947

Leveling solo

idk about niche but I'd give Paranoia Agent a watch if you haven't already. I really like the director, he also worked on Paprika and Perfect Blue.

alright ima prob let u know once i started reading it

How niche are we talking about? Depends what sort of genres you like?

I suppose Guin Saga (fantasy theme).

If you don't like it, feel free to drop it after the second or third episode, but takes a bit of time for the story to build up.

dont send some solo leveling type of animes in here, theyre dogshit and have no story, animes with hot yanderes are welcome though :feelsdevil:
