his name is mr. Blob, he's this pile of green goo with 2 eyes, a mouth and 2 arms, and he wears a black top hat and carries a black cane.

he was meant to be a thief who enjoys stealing valuable shit, similar to some versions of the penguin from batman.

i'm in my 20s, and i'm unemployed, i've been neetbuxxing since i was 18.

my daily routine just consists of me going to the library to use the wifi, going to the soup kitchen for free food and gaming on my gamecube.

You could learn to solder and also learn to repair electronics. There is money in it.

You could learn to code and make a nice video game.

Don't tell me you're too stupid to do these things.
You have time. It may just take longer to learn, or you may discover that you are naturally gifted.

Both these things require little tools in the beginning.
