rate my idea for a gadget

i often think about how sweet and useful this gadget would be to have.
this gadget is a trigger like device that can permanently shutdown any form of machinery, technology and pretty much anything that runs off electricity.
such as any kind of vehicle, laptops, computers, phones, consoles, weapons and robots.
i don't know how the fuck to build this thing, its pretty much a fictional thing i created.

i think you mean android?
cyborgs are just humans with cybernetic implants installed onto their bodies.
iff you were to use this on a cyborg, it would shutoff the cybernetics, but the human would still be alive.
as long as those cybernetics are not essential for sustaining life.
