mr bollands mostly known for his work on 2000ad, batman: the killing joke, Camelot 3000 and other stuff for DCs vertigo imprint.
his art tries to be as realistic and detailed as possible, but also looks pretty cartoonish too a little tbh.

i love his art, especially the black and white stuff, it makes these stories feel like a black and white horror film tbh.

I loved his work on The Killing Joke. Still one of my favorite comics to this very day. I honestly haven't read much comics lately though, but maybe I'll check out some of his other projects soon. I want to go through The Sandman and Lucifer series for DC first though

Some of his art reminds me of Raymond Pettibon (The guy that did art for the band Black Flag).

Their art styles aren't the same at all.
