Joker - shitty overused villain who keeps getting included in everything because he's popular with cringey edgelords
Penguin - interesting and relatable.
he's an ugly, turbomanlet truecel who hates SOYciety because all the high class chads and stacies rejected him.
he also tried to moneymax and statusmax to earn gothams approval and ascend.
Two-face - never liked this villain, don't give a fuck for his obsession with duality.
catwoman - catpilled whore who likes stealing shit related to cats and batman simps for her.
never liked this character, would rape though.
harley quinn - used to be an ok villain, but politically correct foids, soydditors, fags and troons wanted her to be a strong, independent cunt.
and she's overused as fuck now, shes pretty much DC's version of deadpool at this point.
would not rape because she reminds me too much of maggot robbie.
poison ivy - pretty meh villain, i like how she wanted to ER all of humanity so plants can inherit the earth.
still though, never cared for her as a character or as a villain.

killer croc - crocodilepilled nigger who was ostracised by normies for being scaly and was abused by a foid.
most people think he's a mindless monster, but he's not, he just wants to fit in and find a family, purpose and acceptance.
pretty tragic character. has some frankenstien's monster vibes.
overall, pretty good.
scarecrow - best fucking batman villain, fuck joker.
he was a think lanklet framecel who got bullied and decided to use fear to torment the tormentors.
has a based worldview of everyone being a test subject, has sweet designs and i love his halloween motif.
shame he's not used much because the writers can't get their mouths off joker's penis.
riddler - ok villain, horribly inconsistent.
they keep turning him into the jigsaw killer from saw rather than a evil geniuses who leaves clues to his crimes before he commits them.
he's also a turbo iq mogger who hates the low iq of NPCs and wants them to be smarter
mr freeze - used to like this villain, but i realised how much of a soy simp he is over his ill wife.
in some continuities, she even cucks him like in the animated series and that harley quinn cartoon.
still, i'd rather see simps like him be portrayed as villains than heroes.
mad hatter - delusional, larping pedo manlet who grooms little girls to be his alice and have he way with them.
really fucked up, but i think he would be more realistic if he were a nigger, paki or a currie.
shitskins get all riled up over white lolis, but overrall,ok villain.
Ra's al ghul - pretty much a james bond villain, never cared for him.
the only notable thing about him is that he constantly whores out his own daughter so he can have a male heir.
Bane - roidmaxxing spic who broke batmans back and that all he's really known for, aside from sounding like retarded irish darth vader in the dark knight rises.
don't care for this character, he can fuck off.
victor zsasz - based doomer serial killer who realises that all life is meaningless and ER's people and carves each kill on his own body.
pretty good villain, also the most realistic tbh.
black mask - DC's version of red skull combined with kingpin.
shit villain and was a total chump in the arkham games.
man bat - cool villain, plays into the gothic horror element of batman, but horribly underused.
solomon grundy - technically not a batman villain, but he should be one.
he has a gothic horror thing going on, and he's a retarded undead zombie who likes killing things.
hugo strange - ok villain, not used much.
his obsession for batman can be a bit faggy tbh.
