Not sure, i live in Germany and if you have only small amounts for own use then the police may (!) just give you a warning and confiscate it

Yes it helps but I got arrested 5 times for weed and I M going in front of magistrates soon to plead my case that cannabis helps me and I am not impaired from using it when driving
