As I predicted, my psychiatrist did not say a word about me going back to therapy.
It is not that he thinks I don’t need therapy.
It is just that none of the therapists there want to talk to me.
But, he still wants to spy on me, so he is not telling me to go to a different place either.
Once you understand that mental health workers do not actually give a shit about you…..their behavior makes sense.
In fact, you are at the very bottom of their list of priorities.
They are nothing but paid informants to snitch on you…….and you are paying them to do so.
