I have been going to a psychiatrist and getting meds for a couple month due to depression and severe paranoia. Stupid foid psychiatrist thinks talking about problems will magically make them go away or something. No self aware individual can expect to get something out of this scammer bs practice. I think fighting addiction only works if you understand how much the addiction changes you and influences your life negatively.

Only when you realize that you can, maybe, develop the willpower to fight it so you can recover and be more in tune with your true self.

meds are supposed to be temporary to give you a baseline while you try to get back on your feet mentally, like a crutch when you have a broken leg. but it doesn't mean you should be wearing a crutch forever or ignore the broken leg while limping around with a crutch instead of getting surgery for it.

i dont recommend western therapists for men. therapy doesn't work for problems that are actually external.

Got pushed into it just got treated like shit by some fat roastie therapist existing as a low value male is enough to piss most foids off and well expecting foids to act professional is laughable eventually I even went and ghosted her and lied I'm cured to the ones who pushed me into it if they're dumb enough to believe in therapy they're dumb enough to believe it cured me.
