i know its already been said its a complete waste of time, and I myself have said I would never go before even on this forum. But parents called mental crisis hotline on me so I was taken to hospital and talked to the crisis therapy team or whatever the fuck they are and holy shit they are so mind numbing to deal with. Their brains run on normie ideals and nt outlooks of life. I will NOT be going back tomorrow, thankfully I'm not forcefully admitted so i have that choice. DO NOT GO TO THERAPY, especially if in bong land

Lucky i was and they took my right to kill myself by locking me up and now i cant buy a gun until i am 20 i wasnt really planning in killing myself but to then take that right away from me for a threat about suicide is just downright evil and if anything would actually make things worse imagine denying an actual mentally ill person of death it i would personally say would then be a higher chance of the person getting out an wanting revenge which would be avoided if the person was never committed which therefore makes the entire system flawed but with all the research these psychologists do they definitely know thst yet they keep the system the same therefore proving they dont care about the people but instead personal intrests and greed

I was forced into therapy by my parents after they found my online activity. I can vouch that it SUCKS. they don't care about you or what you say, they only want your money and they always say the same script. "How did you feel" or smth like that.
