PS5 Pro will be the last console I will ever buy

I don't care if PS6 releases or if it does 4K 120hz with PISSER upscaling. Games today are still made with 2013 hardware in mind and running on 8th gen console engines. If the PS4 still has juice left in 2025 then the PS5 will still be healthy in 2030 or 2035 when games will be made for it solely and its Pro upscaling will save it from the eye cancer frame rates and blurry resolutions the base model will suffer from.

I expect your opinion will be common by the time the next console wave comes in 2027-28. The only real graphical improvement they can sell now is super high refresh rates which most don't care about, and ray/path tracing which everyone agrees is not worth the performance hit. While pricing has to go through the roof, or they all go the Nintendo route of already obsolete specs.

The PS6 will be 4K 120HZ through PSSR upscaling and I’m sure of it just like the previous gen’s and mid gen’s have increased the resolution or performance twofold.
I don’t have a TV capable for that so the PS5 Pro will suit me a lot more with its 4k 60 over the base ps5 4k 30

I didn't buy it just for that. I use it as my main gaming system. I've had gaming PCs in the past but pc games always have shit optimization and I'm always having to troubleshoot all of the time, I CBA with it.

No I won’t because my TV doesn’t support 120hz and all its games will be crossgen with the PS5 for half a decade anyways. PS5 Pro has a purpose if you don’t want 30fps at 4K

There are cheaters on consoles though.

Also, if you want to play without cheaters on PC in GTA 6, you can probably also create a private lobby.

No there aren't. You need to have a jailbroken console together with a patch for access to year old multiplayer games that are still alive and somehow get it to log in to PSN somehow while doing all that.

Also, if you want to play without cheaters on PC in GTA 6, you can probably also create a private lobby.

No one who wants to have fun actually does that. Its incredibly sad having to wait until 2028 or 2029 to play GTA 6 and then proceeding to play online all by yourself.

I played GTA V online a couple of weeks ago, in a private lobby, all by myself because I can't stand current year gamers.

Well said. The PS4 literally runs all the good games ever made. There is no chance for the ps5 to ever have a good game on it.
