I was playing the PTDE (AKA Post Traumatic Disorder Edition) but I was not saitsfied with the quality of the game. The 30fps framerate with DSfix made it feel way to slow.

So, I went ahead and downloaded the Remastered version. Unfortunately, the game faces a massive slowdown when running at my laptop's native resolutin which is 1920x1600. Lowering the resolution gets me a smooth 60fps performance which is amazing because the game runs at a tolerabe speed.

But this comes with a price, since the graphics become really blurry and low quality. I tried optimizing the game using the Nividia Geforece Experience but it says that the game cannot be optimized.

Is there any way I can play this at 60fps while using my native resolution?
