Its been more than 14-15 hours since he died and i highly doubt FBI who literally keeps taps on every citizen hasn't figured out where the shooter is or who the shooter is. Its JFK situation again. Shooter might be caught but he will die in custody and few years later FBI will close the case

I think Mossad or CIA just wanted to cause outrage and he was the perfect target because he no longer served a purpose for them.
