Good:
Very easy to change the weights
Good capacity ( 2.5kg to 40kg )
Does not take up much space
I have heard these are very durable as well
Bad:
Can feel weird compared to normal dumbbells on some movements such as RDLs due to the blocky size.
Overall it is a good purchase for me.
