Once an incel hits 25, he begins to act increasingly unhinged.

An incel in his mid twenties I knew shed all his excess weight for a foid then biked through 3 population centers and it never mattered for his ascension status. He then got into cuck shit and bluepill.

@comradespiderman29 was this age when he did the RP to end all RPs that took trolling to another level.

I suffered from this too.

In all these cases, it has a deleterious effect on incels.is and this is a phenomenon that needs further study.

Not remembering dreams is very common, and by itself it is usually not a sign of illness. Almost everyone dreams several times each night, especially during Rapid eye movement sleep, but not everyone remembers those dreams upon waking.

Here are the main reasons why some people rarely remember their dreams:

  • They don't wake up during or immediately after dreaming. Dream recall is much more likely if you wake during or just after REM sleep. If you sleep through the night without interruptions, the dream memory often fades within minutes.
  • Dream memories are fragile. The brain doesn't store dreams the same way it stores waking experiences. If you start thinking about your day or check your phone right after waking, the dream can disappear quickly.
  • Individual differences. Some people naturally have higher dream recall than others. This may relate to differences in attention, memory, personality, or brain activity during sleep.
  • Sleep quality and schedule. Irregular sleep, sleep deprivation, or changes in your sleep schedule can either increase dream recall (because of more awakenings) or decrease it (because of poorer sleep overall).
Usually, no. However, some health conditions and treatments can affect dreaming or dream recall.

Possible factors include:

  • Certain medications, such as some antidepressants, sleeping pills, or substances that suppress REM sleep.
  • Sleep disorders like Sleep apnea, which can alter normal sleep architecture.
  • Neurological conditions that affect memory or sleep, though these are uncommon causes of simply "not remembering dreams."
  • Heavy alcohol use or other substances, which can suppress REM sleep, especially early in the night.
On the other hand, fever or some illnesses can make dreams unusually vivid rather than making them disappear.

If you read this far, it's just filler to make the thread seem high IQ when it's not. You can type your comment now.

When should you be concerned?

Not remembering dreams alone is generally not something to worry about. It would be worth discussing with a healthcare professional if it occurs alongside symptoms such as:

  • Excessive daytime sleepiness.
  • Loud snoring or pauses in breathing during sleep.
  • Sudden changes in memory or thinking.
  • Acting out dreams during sleep.
  • Major changes in sleep quality or duration.

Can you improve dream recall?

If you're interested in remembering your dreams, you can try:

  • Keeping a dream journal by your bed and writing down anything you remember immediately after waking.
  • Staying still for a minute or two after waking before looking at your phone.
  • Getting a consistent amount of sleep (7–9 hours for most adults), which allows for more REM sleep toward the end of the night.
So, if you rarely remember your dreams but otherwise sleep well and feel healthy, it's usually just a normal variation in how your brain forms and retains dream memories, rather than a sign of sickness.

Did we need this part?

What has @Comradejeetnigger29 to do with remembering your dreams :waitwhat:

Do you know how I can Lucid Dream? Is there any medication to take to increase my chances of doing it?

We do

We do a little trolling.
High IQ :feelsthink:.

Interesting

I used to sleep naked to try and stimulate a wet dream but it never worked
That Kickstarter was a meme ~10 years ago. You could probably do a less ridiculous version of that by simply just wearing headphones. It will take some finesse and practice to fall in sleep in time with a voice message, and then start lucid dreaming instead of waking up, but something like that could probably work.

When you drop a track so kino it kills the entire thread. Sorry brocel.
Imma listen to it and report back with my feelings on it. Only after I'm done with my coffee break tho.
