Since 2016 I've been rotting on my appartment 24 hours a day.
I eat junk food or nothing at all.
I stay up until 5 am and get shit sleep.
I don't brush my teeth at all anymore.
I don't get haircut unless I really have to
I don't shave unless I really have to

I've tried stopping ldaring numerous times and getting prescribed medicine for my ADHD/trying to motivate myself to do something for my situation but every time I've been let down by others.
