The point of capitalism is to reduce the power of higher authority such as governments. It is relatively ok for governments on a lower level such as neighborhood to have power, it just becomes really bad for higher levels of government such as federal government to have a lot of power. The implicit understanding is that if they somehow abused their power they could be utterly destroyed, unlike a powerful federal government.
I realize it might seem ironic for an incel who hates society to be discussing giving power to society instead of government, but really, government tyranny is just a more extreme form of social tyranny.

Nobody is creating factories in Somalia because of low labour costs and weak regulation. Countries become wealthy by offering the best educated workers to the rich. It is the complexity of the economy and not low wages that makes a country rich. Badly paid people cannot create the complex products that control life in the present day such as microchips.
Both business and government are cybernetic systems or loops where the bottom and the top both influence each other. Government can't exist without taxes and taxes come from workers. Better motivated and better educated workers pay more in taxes. Taxpayers who hate the system start doing less work or avoiding taxes, engaging in crime or rebellion, etc etc. In the same way that a business with a bad product loses consumers and has the talented employees leave for a growing company. With disgruntled employees who can't leave doing a shitty job that pisses off customers and causes more losses.
