I need a new phone to replace my samsung A13, it has bad battery and slow af and cant even run vikings rise or roblox, So a better one with price range around 400 with snapdragon would be fine

Avoid Samsung like the plague. They went to shit after the Galaxy S5. OnePlus and Google Pixel are the best phone manufacturers these days. Get the latest flagship model or the one from last year to save money.
