It's Over Panic attack led to permanent feeling of loneliness

A few weeks ago I had a series of those while extremely sick. I had to go through all of it alone and almost ended up roping.

Now whenever I happen to be by myself I have this unshakeable feeling of dread and anxiety. Even when I'm around others that I'm cool with, I have this nauseating misery I can't get rid of. I haven't been able to rest from this at all since and I've just been scouring my brain for a certain delusional mindset I could have to cope (I've gone as far as converting to Christianity ).

Any tips brocels or is it just ovER
